When you click the button to send the email verification code, the page appears non responsive, so Users will sometimes click the button to re-send the verification code, but that causes the original Verification Code to become invalid/voided.
Resolution: create some sort of notification or informational pop-up during this process to notify the user that the Verification code has been sent to their email. And also add a disclaimer that the email may arrive in a delayed fashion.
This issue has caused frustration from patients & the Office in attempting to create a Patient Portal account when the Office requests that the patient fill out questionnaires online.
