New Patient Online Forms Confirmation

Please add a confirmation response after sumbit tab is click instead if going back to a review. Like "Submission Complete" or "Thanks for your Submission".  Patients seem to think they aren't sent so they keep clicking submit and we get numerous submissions of the same info.

    Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.

    This has been on ongoing issue for years. Please implement this ASAP along with a time out warning. Thank you!
