Here at our office we often go right to clincal notes to add in any conversations we have as that is the easiest place for everyone to see the note. I was hoping there would be a way to change who noted it. For example it says (abc) as the providers initals but we were hoping we could make it say (Front) or (Admin). With our office being smaller as well sometimes we will add notes if something was added after completion of the appt. This would make things much easier knowing who added the note!
