The notes feature that was added to the bottom of the screen is great, however when an appointments codes are split between providers it creates a duplicate on the list for the patient and shows the note is missing because it only attaches itself to one of the providers. It would be great if it allowed us to show that the note was present for the patient even though the codes are split, or if it would allow us to delete the duplicate so it doesnt make us think the note is actually missing.
