This is useful for the person who is going through the unscheduled list to click on the patient and to be able to see how many times you contacted that patient and what days and times they need. It's easier rather then using multiple steps and going to the office journal to make notes.

I am having the same issue of not being able to add / edit a note on the unscheduled list after contacting a patient to offer an open appointment. It would be good to see without going to the journal each time. Please update for this useful request.
almost 2023 and this is still not fixed! I would like to be able to add a note to the appt in the unscheduled/broken appt list so that we can easily see if they have been contacted. please fix this.
In addition to this, make it possible to edit unscheduled appts from the More Info button rather than having to open the unscheduled list separately. Just like we can open existing and past appointments from the More Info box, we should be able to open that unscheduled appointment block to make notes/changes as well!
