This is TERRIBLE. Dentrix was in our computers doing utilities and ever since then we have an extra column called DELE. I have wasted so much time going back and forth with these people. They said there was events and appointments attached to that column but I have been here 5 years and we have never used it, So I went back 10 years of having Dentrix and deleted/moved and appointments/events and it still says one is left so I cant just delete the column. Its just very annoying that they cant fix what they messed up. We didn't have this column before and I don't want it now. Something is going to get scheduled wrong. And now it messes up our daily totals on the upper right hand side of the appointment book. no matter what buttons I select a column is always missing. And when I talk to Dentrix they just want to "set" the options but then I cant change them. I need to be able to change my views to what ever we are needing at the time. I cannot have Set view.
