Revert Dentrix back to adding chart numbers to patient's ONLY!

When we audit by chart number we are now having to look at the parent's of the child and we ONLY want to see patient chart numbers. Thank you!

    I want to clarify that the chart number assignment functionality has not been changed recently. Chart numbers continue to be auto-generated for all records, including both patients and non-patients. If your practice only requires chart numbers for patients, they can be manually removed for non-patient records.

    Thank you SO MUCH for sharing the information that I can manually delete the chart numbers for non-patients. Tech support did offer that solution. Thank you!
