With each software update, the custom procedure buttons for each workstation are reverted back to Dentrix original default. This means that each workstation needs to manually be changed back to custom buttons in the treatment planner/patient chart. When software updates go out, if the server computer has a customized set of procedure buttons, they should not revert back to Dentrix default.
