Since the update we are now given the option when rescheduling to leave the appointment on the schedule and also moving to the pinboard or just moving the appointment to the pinboard. We do not want an option- leaves room for mistakes if it is not taken off the schedule at the time of call/text.

Agreed - the only option to move it from the pinboard and the appt. book would allow for less errors and double booking appointments.
