Sometimes we want to be able to move things around in the schedule, or move an appointment from the pinboard in order to make notes without it triggering and automatic text/email notification to the patient. Would be nice to have a drop down selection in the appointment that allowed for us to do this

For notes in appointments in the pinboard, what if you go to Appt List in the Appointment Book, open the appointment, make your notes, then post to pinboard without having to place on schedule?
