Patients will respond to auto generated email and text confirmations. Sometimes with ok's or that works. They also will use the system to cancel their appointments (sometimes same day) We would like them instead to call or text the main office number to notify us that there is an issue with making their appointment. It would be good to have an auto response to theirs saying to call or text main office number if there is a need to change or cancel the appointment.
