Most people do not check email. They respond mostly to texting. So your program ecentral should be able to have a feature where we can set up communication for patient to review us and that it should allow links directly to googles, yelp, Fb etc. Demand Force, Lighthouse, all has this feature and it's a shame that Dentrix do not have it.
