At the moment in Dentrix, when you reschedule the appointment on the same day, the counter is not increased on your family file "Missed appt:" field and that represent an issue for us, because many patients could just be repeater offenders occupying a chair space in your schedule and just doing those last minute reschedulling and you don't have any idea when they call again if they are professional reschedulers.
We would like to have the same rules of 24 or 48 hours, depending how each office define their rules, and this reschedulers have accountability for the last minutes rescheduling which is the same a a cancellation.
Based on that information, you can take decisions.
