Create a right click drop down that can be attached to a completed appointment that is called Schedule a Care Call. Allow this to be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 14, 21 or 28 days or allow manual entry of the days. Dentrix can then add this to notes on appointment book or put in the schedule as an event. This will also allow a generation of a list of outstanding care calls to be completed. Once completed receptionist, CDA or Dentist can set it as completed after adding accompanying clinical notes on the telecom.
