Having a "rolling" time period for missed appointments. Currently we have used dentrix since 1997, so the missed appointments reflects all missed appointments over the past 26 years. We would really like to look at a more recent/accurate time frame like 2-5 years versus counting missed appointments from decades ago against someone.
