We are an extremely busy office of 10 ops all coming out at once on the hour, to have the EOB only save,then having to go into the document center to then print and have a delay from that takes up a lot of extra time. We love having the save feature to look back on the claims, we called Dentrix at the last update and we were told this next update would allow both options as many offices have complained about this issue, when I called Dentrix today they said its one or the other so problem is not fixed. Please create update to allow both options at once. It is desperately needed for large offices.
