Journal Notes no longer open automatically. This is VERY risky in that documentation is key. It does not allow you to see important notes. I cannot stress how important it is to have notes expanded for view. It is pertinent to communication with dental team and patients as well as other treating doctors. Now, it only opens the last 3 months and you think you are seeing all entries. You must now:
Go to Journal
Click View
Scroll down to Filters
enter the date you began using software in order to get all entries
hit OK
Then click View again
Click Expand List
I realize that people with long histories take longer to download, but this fix is too risky. Too easy to think there is no history, or limited history.
