There's a bug in the Office Journal when you create a journal entry the day before the upcoming appointment, you only see the today's journal entry and not tomorrow's upcoming appointment. Refreshing or reloading the journal hides the future appointment and you would have to "scroll-up" to actually see the hidden appointment. FYI.
