In the patient chart, when viewing clinical notes, I have to click "expand all" every time I open a patient chart in order to choose the date of the clinical note that I want to see. It's one extra click that I have to make hundreds of times a day. Right now the default is "collapse all." It would be helpful to be able to choose "expand all" as the default option.
