Signing charts is a very time consuming process. One way to cut time is remove the need to click a button and “expand all” chart notes. Create a way to customize this and automatically have the notes in the expanded form. If you are worried about some type of HIPAA issue then make it unique to each workstation. No patients come into a doctors private office.
