Tracker has a feature that clinicians in the back are able to send a message (like a text or messanger) to the receptionist. This feature would be great on Dentrix. This was clinicians will not have to take off their PPE, come to the front to tell the receptionist something and then have to go back and wash hands and gear up again. Messanger would really be a time saver and make things much more efficient.
