It would be great to be able to send an instant message to a colleague when there's patient info you need to inform them of. It's not always easy to send an email or get up from your desk to talk to them. Writing a journal entry or a note isn't always needed. Having the option to IM any colleague would be super efficient and secure since it would be done through Dentrix.
