At Peak Dental Service we are creating the family file.....what makes it a hassle is when there are more than one family member(i.e. Military member with 3 children) and we've already got the appointments set for everyone, you have to individually select each child, family file etc. When it would be easier to create the military member then have an option to attach those children to the member.
