When we get insurance info/fax it usually has the history for each tooth. It would be cool if you could assign the history to the tooth and anytime you do something with that tooth you get a notification. Ex: Delta shows D2750 was done on #19 on 01/01/2021. Now when you treatment plan a new crown you're alerted there is history. You can add this to your claim and get it paid quicker. Or not note it.
