insurance eligibility should be checked for today's appointments.

as insurance can become ineligible at the day of the appointment, there should be an option to running eligibility check on the appointment day. It is not enough to check eligibility 7 days ahead.

When a pt. has completed their medical/dental paperwork online a flag/indicator alerts on schedule.

As a clinical person we have to open the pt. then go into the document center to see if they have completed their online paperwork. If there was a flag / icon of some type that would change colors or alert us somehow that the pt. had done this work.

Preventive not pulling from the maximum

I feel that there should be an option that the preventive doesnt come out of the patients maximum in order to have a better estimated amount of benefits remaining for the patient.
