Yes I completely agree. We would like to turn off the Eligibility Essential. We have our own in office breakdown that is specific to our practice. The constant population of the eligibility essential breakdown in the document center is very annoying. It slows down the computer and in some cases it populates 30+ per patient when it errors. Also sometimes it changes the green E to a different color even when I manually marked the patient as eligible.
The ability to turn off Eligibility Essential would be nice OR to turn off the way it uploads the "insurance eligibility" to the document center at EACH and EVERY visit.
