When creating patient accounts DOB should not be the only thing required once you make them a patient of record. Address and contact numbers should be required as well. You should not be able to complete making the patient of record without it.
Same goes for procedure process. Dentrix shouldn't let you complete procedures to ledger without a note. And note templates shouldn't be skipped.
Patient charts should have more controls to ensure compliance.
