New Patient Forms DOB should allow you to put dashes in and accept any form of numbers. We have patients that are unable to submit forms because they put dashes in or wrong amount of numbers causing people to not want to do paperwork.
Everyone that uses the forms would benefit from this because it has been such an issue and I am sure we are not the only practice that has had an issue with it
