Please resolve the issue with Dentrix Hub text messages. We have had several confused patients calling this week regarding getting text messages with an appointment reminder for an appointment that they have rescheduled for a later date. Our office manager has call regarding this several times and was told they would fix this issues ASAP many years ago but we are still waiting.
If a third party application (we had rev well previously) was able to sync changing appointments then this should be able to as well. It is a huge inconvenience to make a new appointment and move all notes and treatment to a new appointment. Previously we were able to pinboard and add to new date/time.
Dentrix Hub will NOT sync changed appointments only new appointments - NOT ok. "known issue?" WE have contacted Dentrix support 3 times this month and the problem continues! FIX it already. Thanks
