Since only one text can go out in a 24 hour period, it would be so nice to be able to add multiple family members to one text message. For example, if John Doe and daughter Jane Doe are coming in together, confimable text message would include both names and confirm both appts on the appt book.

I totally agree. Parents are getting bombarded with multiple texts.
