It would be most helpful if you would email us when you're aware Demand Force is not working properly, then we would not need to sit on hold - we know you're aware of the problem and your techs are working on it. Then we can choose not to start calling unconfirmed patients right away to be told they already confirmed via text or email -- They get cranky!!! We can wait & if we have to call, we at least can explain we're aware of the problem and apologize. Things like this upset them and make them STOP receiving our texts!
