I want to change a reminder via text message to our patients. Demand Force currently allows a limited number of characters. Recently, I tried to change the text and Demand Force allowed me to delete a sentence but not replace with something else. It said I was over the character limit. The original message was already over the message limit.
When I called Demand Force, they told me once a reminder is set up, the customer should not change the message and they would not allow me to add text to our reminder text message.
It is important, especially with the ever changing guidelines with COVID to allow us to make changes as the need arises.
