Had Pre-existing Officite Webpage. Was notified to upgrade to Dentrix when Schein discontinued Easy Dental Support. Almost finished with Dentrix training and realized the Officite website which is part of the Marketing package I purchased is not compatible with Patent Engage. This was never discussed with me and after spending this afternoon talking with support staff I realize there is no plan or integration process. I am paying for a upgrade marketing service that is running separately from my dental software and my patient engage. This is very upsetting considering the absurd upcharge and promises.
