Our office finds the selection of templates, graphics and image gallery for reminders and campaigns very very basic, and limiting. I think the fact that we can customize the templates ourselves is great, but it can be time consuming and the outcome is not always ideal. Having a better selection of images that actually fit the templates and that work with the email and the text formats would be great.
Also the number of characters allowed on text reminders is very limiting. Having more characters would give more flexibility with alerts that we would like our patients to receive or most importantly to put a call back number in the txt making it easier for patients to reach out to us. We have had a few complaints that the number is not in the txt like it used to be, making it more difficult for pts to contact us.

Ugh....I am discouraged this post was from a year ago and nothing has been done. It is very frustrating.
