It would be really useful to have templates for the guarantor notes. Our office sends several hundred statements each month and each account is reviewed/notes made - if we had the option to set up templates like we do for chart notes, it would save so much time and make it easier for other employees who are not familiar with billing to track the account status if patients have questions.
