If ever there is a minor loss of connectivity of ESync at the server, our office has no way of knowing as there are no alerts. We have had issues where patients are filling out their questionnaires and they are never received by our office. We don't know there is an issue until after the fact. We have an older patient demographic and getting them to fill out our online forms in advance, once, is an issue. Making them do it more than that becomes an issue and frankly makes us look bad. It is imperative that EServices find a way of alerting offices by text or email or phone to restart ESync on the server due to a communications issue beforehand, not afterwards.
or a status web page at least.
