We are the IT Department for multiple offices that utilize Dentrix and we like to maintain and take care of updates on our schedule and do not let the servers update automatically as problems have come of it. If the Update Manager just had a way to notify us there is a pending update instead of the client reaching out to us that would be great so we can be ahead of it and get it scheduled instead of waiting and hoping they tell us.
