Also please get rid of the 20 text cap. It is really hard to count them out and read the notes and stop when the phone rings, schedule an appointment check someone out, then come back and start counting again.
I agree. It makes no sense that I then have to follow up with the patient to give them to correct time because my system isn't advanced enough to allow me to get it right in the first place.
This is really necessary for us as well. In our office the schedules are in 10 minute increment and it has been really time consuming to do it based on the only option provided in the Dentrix Hub, I am in contact with so many practices and I know a lot of them using 10 minute increment. I kindly request to take care of this issue as soon as possible please.
