Thank you so much for your patience. Upon double checking on this with my resources, you can change how it apply to the Appointments automatically depending on the Procedure Code you selected. Each Procedure Codes has their own setup and you can change their default time when scheduling to the Appointment Book.

Okay. But I more concerned about is showing on the appointment screen. There is a narrow column to the left side of the schedule that shows the Provider's color in the time blocks. Is there a way to indicate by color the assistant's time blocks?

Thank you for patiently waiting. Upon double checking on this with my resources, currently, we cannot yet change the chair or assistant time color on the appointment. My humble apologies for that. It is always defaulted color to the Primary Provider on the appointment. Unfortunately, this is currently not available in Dentrix; your idea sounds to be very useful and makes sense! Would you mind sharing this idea with us at http://myvoice.dentrix.com/? This will allow our programmers and management know that you would like this feature in Dentrix!
