In our office, we currently just type 3MRC, 4MRC on our 3 month and 4 month recall appointments. It would be easier to identify these patients on the schedule if there was a way to change the appointment color by procedure, not just by provider. It could be useful in other situations as well, when just glancing through the schedule for certain appointment types/procedures.
