We recently implemented ePrescribe in our practice.
We have one provider in our office and previously had her listed as different providers based on the insurance company so that we would know when looking at the appointment book, who had certain insurance plans. (We take medicaid so that adds a lot of options.)
However, with ePrescribe we can only have 1 provider. So, if we were able to change the appointment color based on the insurance, it would really help organize the appointment book instead of everyone being 1 color.
