It would be helpful when filling holes in the schedule if you could just look ahead at the appointment book and see which appointments are ASAP appointments. It could be in the same place as the appointment status color. Maybe it could be outlined in Red if ASAP or split color with the status color.

We added an "office" provider and change all our hygiene short call appts to that provider - we made it an obnoxious bright pink so you can see if from the week view. We also made one of our appointment status colors "short" for the Drs side - it can only be seen from the day view, but it still works for us.
