Hygienist see their patients every 3-6 months and when they had charts, they would make personal notes about patients (ex: patients daughter graduating, got married. patients husband passed last year.) to remember to check in with and it would be nice if in the chart view there was a little side box (how there are Procedure Buttons, Procedure Codes, Clinical Notes, ect) have one for "Personal Info" or Patient Memo for the hygienist, front desk and assistant to make little notes on patients for everyone to keep up with the patients personal lives/interest within their chart; instead of having to refer back to Clinical notes or open their family file in the Patient Notes.
