We could all benefit from this option. For compliance all patients are supposed to physically sign or initial any or no changes to Med History. Verbal and noting will not save you in a legal matter. This would be for our hygiene patients mostly. Asking if they have changes and them saying no when you can't check because you are in the insurance screen is just not cutting it in small offices where 1 or 2 admin do it all.
