Referral Analysis

Add a detailed Referral Analysis feature that breaks down Referral figures for Collections and Production. An analysis report listing all referral sources and the number of patients referred and totalcharges for those patients within a date range or totals for range without patient detail. Include total charges, total treatment plan, total collected, aging, gratuity given to the source, ect. Customers want to more easily see production and receipts resulting from referrals: either for new patients within a date range, or any referred patients within date range, by referral. Provide various sorting options for production amount or %, etc. Could also add sub-totals to the Referred By Dr/Other and Referred By Patient Reports for each referral source for: total treatment plan, production, and balance, then a grand total of each for the entire report.

    The current Referral Analysis is useless, especially when we are writing off so much of production. This gives skewed information. I hope Dentrix sees the need for practices being able to see ROI which will be based on Collections and NOT Production! Show me the Money, buddy! (not just promises of money)

    Yes, please enable us to print the referral analysis report as well instead of just viewing it. Also we need a more robust referral tracking for patients referred over before they have completed their first appointment. Thank you.

    Are we getting any closer to this being implemented. We have done this report by hand for years and it would be great to have as a Dentrix Report.

    As a specialty office it would be great to have more features on a referral analysis. As of now, I have to run the report and hand total production by provider. The option to total production or other categories would be very helpful and a great time saver.

    Yes, it is very frustrating to have to go through so many steps to access a referral phone number as well as when assigning to a patient it takes too long to pull up the info.

    Being able to see collections by referral source is the most accurate way to determine ROI for various marketing initiatives.

    In general, Dentrix needs to aggressively improve the marketing and tracking data available in the program. Virtually every office needs this today.

    It would be nice if there was a function where in the referred by section you could run a maintenance and clean up duplicate names of referred by so then your selection is narrowed down. Also, it would be nice if you could have a "hide or hidden" tab so then it is not able to be deleted but just hidden so you are not able to choose the old one.

    Referrals Be able to delete one and then merge two lists that were created with a slight difference. Ex: School, or school office. Also, able to print the referred patient list. How can I do that, not just have a total number or what shows in the window.

    There should be a way to select all teeth and place referrals all at once rather than having to select each tooth and then place referrals.

    We want to set the referral source and the tooth number at the same time as we treatment plan it. There are too many steps to treatment plan the open up the procedure and select the referral.

    One should be able to print a gratuity report that lists the patient or Dr and what gratuity was given. Dr's spend money on gift cards and such and should be able to easily run a report to match against inventory of gift cards etc. Thank you

    When running the referral report, Currently the numbers are based on when you make a new patient appointment and put a referral source in(say you make an appointment in July for an August appointment, when you run the numbers that appointment will show up on July's report even though the patient hasn't come in yet). It would be helpful and make the numbers more accurate if the referral numbers didn't run until the patient has been activated.

    REFER REPORTS ONLY SHOW WHOM WAS REFER BY WHOM- THERE NEEDS TO BE AN OPTION TO LIST THE PRODUCTION MADE PER REFERRALS ALSO!!

    In our treatment planner, if a procedure is referred to a specialist, we mark it as such. When the report comes back as completed, we can complete it. However, one of my employees started filing emailed reports without completing them in the treatment planner. I would like a way to be able to track referred procedures that have not yet been set as complete.
