Need to know how much treatment plans has been presented to the patient per provider and how much has been accepted or scheduled. This will help us see how much unrealized revenue we have. By tracking this we can also set goals on improving. Also need the report to show the patients name, phone number the amount of treatment plan and etc so we can follow up with them to see about scheduling them in the future if they do not schedule the day it was presented.
