It would be nice to generate an Adjustment Summary Report with the patient name. Example: +Patient Refunds. A list of names with a date range showing how many refunds our office sent out in a year. A list of Insurance Company's showing the name of the Insurance Company and the total of -dental insurance adjustment for the that one Insurance Company with a date range. Dentrix has a report that you can choose the Billing type range to generate a report. Dentrix "does not" have a report that you can choose an Adjustment type to generate a report.
