Many insurance co.'s are accepting attachments electronically. Dentrix has a button for it when submitting a claim or pre-determination, but it is greyed out. See if ITRANS can start implementing this. Would save a lot of mailing and time for pre-determinations and also when needed to provide more info to insurance.
