As a pediatric practice we often have siblings coming in together. When siblings are booked together, Dentrix overrides our custom text and sends an automated Family Reminder that we are unable to customize. A custom option for this is important during the COVID-19 pandemic because we have paperwork we need our patients to complete before their appointment. Currently we have to send a text manually with a link to the paperwork if siblings are booked together. Families only bringing in one child receive an automated custom text.
