Dentrix now allows providers to enter and customize medical history elements such as medical conditions, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, etc. It would be fantastic if dentrix also gave us a way to print a medical history update form with our current data, so that patients could simply verify (sign and date) or modify (add) so that staff would only need to enter NEW information.

Thank you for the recommendation, we will consider this for a potential future release. as it stands there is a way to print the health history, we will highly consider adding the ability to have a signature and place to update information.
